| About Services |
- Repair services are provided by and independent repair service, not affiliated Microtel Inc.
- Former Microtel Senior Technician with 12 years of experience repairing Microtel Autodialers

| Repair Turn Around Time |
- 1 Week
- Faster service available for an additional Expedite Fee
- Some parts may not immediately available, this will create a delay in completion of repair
- If repair is deemed "Beyond Economical Repair" a 1 hour fee is applicable
- An estimate will be provided before services are performed, however if services are not desired, a 1 hour fee is applicable

| Service Fees |
- $90.00 per hour plus parts cost
- 1 hour minimum
- Return UPS Shipping Fee is not included within hourly rate
- If unit is deemed "Beyond Economical Repair" or Estimate Charge is unacceptable, a 1 hour fee plus UPS Return Shipping Fee is applicable. If defective unit is not wanted back there is still a 1 hour fee.
- Expedite fee, if requested is $50.00
- Most repairs require 2 hours
- Will not honor existing Microtel Inc. warranties

- All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days
- Acts of God such as Lighting / Power Surges void 30 day guarantee

- Payment by Credit Card, through PayPal only (PayPal account is not required)

| Shipping |
- UPS is the primary carrier
- Return UPS Shipping Fee will be included in the estimate of repair
- When services are completed, UPS Ground will be used unless request for faster shipping is requested
